服务内容
toolkit.fun 提供在线开发者工具、工作台、工作室、工作流、REST API 和 MCP 调用能力。部分能力需要登录或订阅 Pro / Team 套餐。
本地能力与 Cloud 订阅
已明确发布为本地或开源的软件能力，例如本地 Runtime、官方 Builtins、SDK、Protocol、Lockfile 和离线校验，不因 toolkit.fun Cloud 订阅状态而被限制。Cloud 订阅只适用于本站托管的保存、云端执行、共享 Gateway、专属 Endpoint、自定义域名、团队权限、平台模型额度和运行历史等服务。
账户责任
你需要对账户、API Token、工具源码和工作流配置负责。请不要上传违法内容、恶意代码、侵犯他人权益的数据，或试图绕过沙箱、安全限制和付费限制。
工具发布和审核
自定义工具可以保存为草稿并提交审核。管理员可以通过、驳回或下架工具。被驳回的工具会显示原因，修改后可以重新提交。
付费和地区
中国大陆地区默认使用 CNY 和国内支付通道候选；海外地区默认使用 USD 和 Stripe。实际可用支付方式取决于商户配置和地区规则。订阅开通、续费、到期取消和后台确认以订单状态为准。
退款和取消
你可以在设置页到期取消订阅。已经完成的支付是否退款，取决于适用法律、支付通道规则和实际使用情况。需要退款或发票支持时，请联系 [email protected]。
API / MCP 使用
API Token 只显示一次，请妥善保存。因泄露 Token 导致的调用、费用或数据暴露由账户持有人负责。我们可能对滥用、异常流量或安全风险进行限制。
可用性和责任限制
我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不承诺所有工具输出完全准确或服务永不中断。你需要自行判断工具输出是否适用于生产、财务、法律、医疗或其他高风险场景。

Terms of Service

Service
toolkit.fun provides online developer tools, a workbench, a studio, workflows, REST APIs, and MCP access. Some capabilities require login or a Pro / Team subscription.
Local capabilities and Cloud subscriptions
Capabilities explicitly released as local or open-source software, such as the local Runtime, official built-ins, SDKs, protocols, lockfiles, and offline verification, are not restricted by toolkit.fun Cloud subscription status. Cloud subscriptions apply only to hosted services such as storage, cloud execution, shared gateways, dedicated endpoints, custom domains, team permissions, platform model credits, and run history.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account, API tokens, tool source code, and workflow configuration. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious code, data that infringes others' rights, or attempts to bypass sandbox, security, or billing limits.
Tool publishing and review
Custom tools can be saved as drafts and submitted for review. Administrators may approve, reject, or delist tools. Rejected tools show the rejection reason and may be updated and submitted again.
Billing and regions
Mainland China defaults to CNY and local payment candidates. Global defaults to USD and Stripe. Available payment methods depend on merchant configuration and regional rules. Subscription activation, renewal, period-end cancellation, and manual confirmation are based on order status.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel renewal from settings. Refunds for completed payments depend on applicable law, payment provider rules, and actual usage. For refund or invoice support, contact [email protected].
API / MCP usage
API tokens are shown once. Keep them secure. The account holder is responsible for usage, charges, or data exposure caused by leaked tokens. We may limit abuse, abnormal traffic, or security risks.
Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that every tool output is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for deciding whether output is suitable for production, financial, legal, medical, or other high-risk use.
