我们收集的信息
- 账户信息：邮箱、昵称、会话状态、语言、地区和币种偏好。
- 产品数据：工具、工作流、快捷栏、运行历史、通知和后台审核记录。
- 支付数据：订单号、套餐、金额、币种、地区、支付通道、支付状态和第三方交易标识。银行卡、微信或支付宝账户凭据由支付机构处理，本站不保存完整支付凭据。
- 诊断与分析数据：接口错误、运行耗时、必要的安全审计日志，以及 Google Analytics 收集的页面访问、设备和来源等汇总使用数据。
我们如何使用信息
我们使用这些信息提供工具运行、账户登录、订阅开通、订单确认、通知、审核、安全防护、客服和产品改进。工具输入会用于完成当次运行和展示历史记录，不会用于训练第三方模型。
地区和跨境处理
选择中国大陆地区时，默认使用中文、CNY 和适合国内的支付通道。选择海外地区时，默认使用英文、USD 和 Stripe。为完成支付、基础设施托管和安全防护，数据可能由境内或境外服务商处理。
第三方服务
我们可能使用 Google Analytics、Stripe、支付宝、微信支付、MongoDB、云托管服务和能力 API 提供商。第三方只会获得完成其服务所需的数据。
数据保留
运行历史按套餐保留：Free 7 天、Pro 90 天、Team 365 天，并包含对应工具的完整输入和输出，便于从工作台恢复运行。为避免重复提交，部分操作结果只在短期重试窗口内保留；窗口结束后仅保留最小化、去标识化的防重记录，不保存 Secret、Token 或临时链接。会话、订单、审核和安全日志会按运营、财务和合规需要保留。你可以在账户设置或通过联系支持请求删除账户数据。
你的权利
你可以请求访问、更正、导出或删除个人数据，也可以取消订阅。账户删除会先撤销会话、Token、Webhook 和自动化凭证，再删除可识别的操作结果和关联密钥。部分订单和安全记录可能因财务、争议处理或法律义务需要继续保留。

Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026. This policy explains how toolkit.fun handles account, tool execution, payment, and regional service data.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, nickname, session state, language, region, and currency preferences.
- Product data: tools, workflows, quickbar items, run history, notifications, and review records.
- Payment data: order ID, plan, amount, currency, region, payment provider, payment status, and provider transaction identifiers. Full card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay credentials are processed by payment providers and are not stored by toolkit.fun.
- Diagnostics and analytics: API errors, execution duration, security audit logs, and aggregated page, device, and acquisition data collected through Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to provide tool execution, login, subscription activation, order confirmation, notifications, review workflows, security controls, support, and product improvements. Tool input is used for the requested run and run history. It is not used to train third-party models.
Regions and cross-border processing
Mainland China defaults to Chinese, CNY, and local payment candidates. Global defaults to English, USD, and Stripe. To provide payments, hosting, and security, data may be processed by service providers inside or outside your region.
Third-party services
We may use Google Analytics, Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, MongoDB, cloud hosting providers, and capability API providers. They receive only the data needed to provide their service.
Data retention
Run history is retained by plan: 7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, and 365 days for Team. It includes the complete input and output for the corresponding tool so a run can be restored from the workbench. To prevent duplicate submissions, some operation results are kept only during a short retry window; after that window, Toolkit keeps only minimized, de-identified anti-replay records and does not store secrets, tokens, or temporary links. Sessions, orders, review records, and security logs are retained as needed for operations, finance, compliance, and dispute handling.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, and you may cancel a subscription. Account deletion first revokes sessions, tokens, webhooks, and automation credentials, then deletes identifiable operation results and associated keys. Some order and security records may be retained where required for finance, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
